VOLUNTEER DETAILS aka Elf Etiquette

Here is some information on how to prepare and what to expect at your Photos with Santa shift:

- Please arrive 5-10 minutes early for the shift you selected on the website to ensure continuous coverage of the event.

- Wear something festive! Whether you just want to pop on some hints of red and green, go full Elf or somewhere in between, we encourage wearing something seasonal. Please be sure that whatever you choose is appropriate for a family setting. If you have questions, please check with the Volunteer Coordinator.

- The safety of you, other "elves," Santa, and the families attending is our first priority. With that in mind, we will be allowing no more than 3 families in at a time, depending on the size of the family. Families of 6 or more are required to purchase an extra time slot to accommodate the size of the group. There will be separate areas in the space to allow groups to social distance from other groups. Hand sanitizer will be available. Masks are not required but encouraged.

-If you are managing inside the space, please check periodically that the lollipops and hand sanitizers remain stocked. If you are managing the door, please check periodically that the coloring station is organized.

- Please let Santa now who is waiting in line and introduce them as they walk up.

- If you have any questions, please contact the Volunteer Coordinator at [email protected]

We are so grateful to have your support and assistance as we spend the season spreading holiday cheer and raising money for our local charities!
